• The free website audit quiz: your name, email address, website address, and (optionally) phone number, plus your answers to the quiz questions.
• The Direct Line contact form: your name, email address, and whatever you tell us about your project.
We also automatically record some technical details about how you use the quiz, such as which step you reached and how long each step took, so we can see where people get stuck and improve it. This does not include browsing activity elsewhere on the internet.
We use your information to:
• Send you the results of your website audit
• Follow up about your enquiry or your audit results
• Improve the quiz and this website
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Where you tick the consent box on the quiz, we rely on your consent to contact you about your results. Where you get in touch directly (for example through the Direct Line form), we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry.

hello@secondwindwebdesign.comWe use a small number of service providers to run this site and process enquiries. They only ever see the information needed to do their job for us, and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes:
• Webflow: Hosts this website and its forms
• Cloudflare: Runs the backend that processes and temporarily stores quiz submissions
• Resend: Delivers the emails we send you
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where that happens, they do so under recognised safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
Quiz session data is kept for up to 14 days in our backend, then automatically deleted. Emails we send and receive are kept in our inbox for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you, or until you ask us to delete them.
This site uses only the essential cookies needed to run itself and remember your light/dark theme preference. We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, we'll update this page.
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
• Ask what information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct or delete it
• Ask us to stop using it, or restrict how we use it
• Withdraw consent at any time
